Using our store
These terms apply to your use of our website and orders placed through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have legal capacity to make the purchase, or valid authorization from a person who does, and that the information you provide is accurate. If you create an account, keep its login details secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.
Orders and availability
An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order. Orders remain subject to product availability, payment authorization, and any legally required checks.
We may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected, a material listing error affects the order, or fulfilling the order would violate law. We will notify you and promptly refund amounts charged for any items we cancel, together with related refundable charges. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase. Promotions apply according to the terms displayed with the offer. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an accepted order’s price.
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. You must be authorized to use your selected payment method.
Product information
We aim to describe our products accurately. Natural variations in olive oil color, aroma, and flavor may occur between harvests or batches. These variations do not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description. Please review the product label, ingredients, storage instructions, and best-before information supplied with your order.
Website nutrition and food information is general information, not personalized medical advice. We do not promise a particular health result from using our products.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy explain fulfillment, delivery estimates, order changes, and return requests. The prices and policies disclosed when you place your order apply to that order, subject to applicable law. Later policy updates do not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing order.
